But omg because I can't download Dr. Horrible!!!  AAAAAHHH!  *pulls out brains*

DELL finally refunded my money...  It's been 25 days since I ordered my laptop...  I haven't heard a word from them.  Not an apology, not a letter, not a phone call, not even a "where would you like your money deposited?"

They just IGNORED ME for THREE WEEKS, and then gave me back my money.
